Energy Transition Partnership - Thailand

Zuzana built our communications function from the ground up. She developed strategies and implemented them, managed internal communications (email marketing), and external communication (created website content, social media content, merchandising, print and project assets). UNOPS - Denmark & Thailand

For more than four years, Zuzana has been leading the marketing function at IAESTE. We brought Zuzana due to her expertise with large international NGOs to help with our marketing strategy and activites. She was instrumental in developing new resources that helped our community promote the work we are doing. Her initiative to establish a community of practice has connected around 155 members to exchange knowledge and resources.

Zuzana has taken our marketing efforts to the next level, in terms of strategy, execution, and compliance with standards. She’s also supported our committees in 80+ countries in developing their own marketing strategies by coordinating regular knowledge-sharing sessions. She manages our social media, creates cost-effective communication resources, co-designed publications, updated our website, organised our marketing function, and has introduced email marketing with seven distinct products. She’s been essential in getting us aligned internally and boosting our outreach efforts. 

IAESTE - Luxembourg

We contracted Zuzana to work with us for six months, designing external webinars to showcase our company alongside our local non-profit partners. She developed project info sheets and implemented a marketing strategy focused on customer retention, loyalty, and lead generation, exceeding targets by 120%. Additionally, she organised the Seer Data & Analytics and Amazon Web Services roadshow, which was an exciting new channel for use to demonstrate how our partnerships enable non-profits to measure their impact, share data, tell stories, and report on progress for community-led decisions through the Seer Data Platform.
